Accounts and Membership

Users must be at least 18 years old to use Twaind. By using the app and agreeing to this Agreement, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. Account holders are responsible for maintaining security and are fully liable for all activities occurring under their account.

Adult Content

Please be aware that there may be certain adult or mature content available in our app. Individuals under 18 or those prohibited by applicable jurisdiction laws cannot access such content.

Fees and Payment

Some services are free; others require payment. Services may start free but transition to paid models with automatic charges. Clear payment terms are communicated before commitment. Purchases occur through app store providers (Google Play Store, Apple App Store), whose terms also apply.

The company reserves discretion to modify pricing and service nature, providing advance notice to existing subscribers. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew at period's end unless canceled. Subscriptions can be managed through app store provider settings.

Auto-Renewing Subscription Terms (EULA)

Twaind Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. By purchasing a subscription you accept and agree to the following terms:

• Subscription title: Twaind Premium
• Monthly plan: 1 month duration, billed at the price displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
• Yearly plan: 1 year duration, billed at the price displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a period.
• Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in your App Store account settings (Apple) or Google Play subscriptions (Android) after purchase.

These terms apply in addition to the Apple App Store Standard EULA and Google Play Terms of Service. In the event of conflict, the stricter terms apply. This section, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the End User License Agreement (EULA) for Twaind Premium.

Changes and Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms at any time at our discretion. Updated dates appear at the bottom of this page or via notification. Continued use constitutes consent to changes.

Acceptance of These Terms

Users acknowledge reading and agreeing to all terms. Disagreement prohibits access to the application.
